Bio
In her intricate pieces, Chomko synthesizes fragments of landscapes from across the globe, an artistic endeavor reflecting the universal interconnection of humanity. With a lifelong passion for collage, she defies conventional perceptions of shapes, colors, and textures, weaving entirely new universes from pre-existing photographs.
Beginning her journey with collage in 2007 after experimenting with drawing and painting, Chomko quickly found her artistic home within the medium. She holds a BA in Political Science and has experience working in the political sphere. Feeling creatively unfulfilled and seeking a new expressive outlet, she rekindled her relationship with collage, finding in it both a therapeutic release and a profound vocational calling.
An ardent believer in the future of digital art and decentralization, Chomko is an active voice in the web3 space. Driven by a fascination with copyright and open-sourced content, she engages in thought-provoking dialogue and asks challenging questions to narrow the divide between art and technology.
