Will I be charged customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

      ● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

      ● Ask your local post office if they have your package

      ● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at web@postwook.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. If you catch this error before your item ships, please send us an email at web@postwook.com to fix it!

When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

It's difficult to predict the shipping times. You can follow our product manufacturing times and add an additional time for shipping on top of them:

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, products can only be exchanged if the product is still pending or in production. Simply put, if you haven't received a tracking number yet, it's likely possible you can exchange your item. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts in appropriate product descriptions. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at web@postwook.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one.

Can I order a piece that's already been sold and is now sold out?

Depending on the size and medium, yes; but if it's a 1:1 of what was sold, no. We cannot do reprints of numbered runs exactly as they are because it's important to keep the integrity of the limited run for everyone who purchased them initially. This does not mean that similar runs with different mediums, sizes, and materials cannot be made though. If you're ever curious, get in touch.

What do you mean by a similar run? How does that work?

A different print size or material constitutes as a similar run. So if the initial run was 25x 11x14 inch prints on paper, we cannot reprint more 11x14 inch prints, but other sizes are still available. However, 11x14 inch canvas prints are also available, because they are made with a different material than the original run.

Why do you make limited edition art? You could make soooo much more money with uncapped runs!

Limited edition art is subtle nod to POST WOOK's festival past, as many festival vendors will do limited edition runs of posters, pins, shirts, and other merchandise. Limited edition pieces, whether in the festival universe or via POST WOOK, give customers an opportunity to collect pieces with varying degrees of rarity. Early pieces with low LEs (like Morning Commute, 2018) are highly sought after prints, but the 10 people who own them have higher resell value and more valuable art. Robin Hood for the wooks.

Are any of your prints not limited edition?

Sort of; yes and no. There are varying degrees of "limited edition" in the POST WOOK universe. There are numbered runs, where a set number of prints are purchased and sold. They sell out when the quantity is gone. Monthly holographic prints are a great example of this. There are timed release runs, where prints are available for purchase during a certain timeframe. Monthly prints and seasonal prints are examples of timed releases -- monthly prints are available for purchase for 72 hours, and seasonal prints are available for a season, or 3-4 months. On occasion, some prints will stay 'sticky' on here, and can be purchased for longer stretches of time.

However if you're ever interested in a print you do not see, you can always ask if a custom order can get set up for you by emailing us at hello@postwook.com.
